SFXC Foundation is a 2-tier organisation
comprising the Board of Directors and the Management Committee.
Board of Directors
The Board of Directors is chaired by the Supervisor of SFXC (currently
Bro. Joseph Chang), and consists of representatives of:
- School Management Committee (2 including the Supervisor);
- Teaching staff (2 including the Principal);
- SFXC Alumni (2 including the Chairman); and
- Management Committee (4 office bearers)
Job Charter of Board of Directors:
- monitor development of Foundation;
- consider and approve applications for outlay from Foundation;
and
- direct and supervise Management Committee.

Management Committee
A few ex-students have been appointed to fill
the various positions in the management committee. Three sub-committees have been formed to undertake specific responsibilities, namely Communication Sub-committee, Projects Sub-committee, and Asset Management Sub-committee. Other sub-committees
may be formed by co-opting suitable ex-students as members, as and
when necessary.
Job Charter of Management Committee:
- raise funds for Foundation;
- make recommendations to the Board on applications for outlay;
and
- manage Foundation assets ensuring steady, healthy returns, as
directed by the Board of Directors.
